We all go through rough times in our lives. Its natural. Its also natural to need to vent. Holding in all those emotions can be harmful for both your mental and physical health. That's why we have the Helping Hand board. The Helping Hand board is forum for people to vent, let off steam and calm down. Its meant to help cope through rough times.
Everything said here is to be kept to the individual thread it was posted in. Do not take the (possibly personal) information and use it against the poster as it will result in a ban from the Helping Hand Board and possibly the entire forum itself.
